On Tuesday 12th June, St Botolph’s Church hosted the RAF 100 dinner which was organised by the RAFA (Boston Branch). The evening included a 3-course meal, a talk from the Commanding Officer of RAF Coningsby along with a raffle and silent auction.
Approximately 80 people were in attendance with 100% of the profits going towards the RAFA Welfare fund. The RAFA Welfare fund is there for any serving or retired servicemen and women, along with any family who may have been left behind following the death of a serviceman or woman. The evening was a huge success, people had fun whilst raising money for this worthy cause.
